These Solid Hard Maple planks are designed to be used on the grill to impart their flavor to the food being cooked. After soaking the planks in water, wine or other flavor enhancing liquid the one time use planks are placed directly over the flame with the food on top. As the wood begins to smolder a wonderful smoky flavor is transferred to the food. Whether it is fish, pork, beef or vegies, these planks will be an aromatic and flavorful addition to your outdoor cooking.

Michigan Cutting Board
Because the Michigan Maple Block plant has been located in Northern Michigan for over 125 years we often get the request for a cutting board shaped like the State of Michigan. These boards show of the distinctive mitten shape of the lower peninsula. The board measures 17" x 13" x 1" thick. It is made of solid Northern Hard Maple in the best of Butcher Block traditions. The top edge has a small radius. The board is not reversible and comes 1 to a pack.
