The Cove Edged Bakers table is solid Northern Hard Maple Butcher Block and features a standard cornerless design. This feature satisfies the NSF requirement of no 90 degree inside corners where food matter could get trapped and be difficult to clean. The standard 4" x 1" surround keeps flour and dough where it belongs. The smooth and flat work surface gives you plenty of room to work pastries, roll out dough or break off loaves. The tops are 1 3/4" thick, and they are finished with and NSF certified oil finish. We also have made cove edge tables with tops thicker than 1 3/4" for those situations where heavy use is anticipated.
The base consists of a18 gauge 300 series stainless steel undershelf with #4 satin finish. The legs are 1 5/8" tubular 16 gauge 300 Series with #4 satin finished stainless steel. It attaches to the top through a stainless steel leg socket. The bottom of each leg features an A10 series adjustable foot with 1" of threaded travel.
The stringers are 1 1/4" tubular 16 gauge 304 Series 180 grit polished stainless steel.
The brackets are prefinished die cast aluminum.
The base is assembled using a provided Allen Wrench.
